ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION – FULL TIME

CHANNEL ISLANDS POST ACUTE – SANTA BARBARA, CA

We are seeking a Licensed PT / OT / SLP / PTA or COTA to join our in-house therapy team at Channel Islands Post Acute in Santa Barbara, CA, as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation.

We are offering a DOR-in-Training program with hands on opportunities to learn management from one of our proven top leaders and prepare to become a Rehab Director in our growing organization. The position is divided between management training (20%) and patient care responsibilities (80%). FULL TIME: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

PTA and COTA Pay Range: $48 - $53/hour based on experience

PT / OT / SLP Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour based on experience

Experience/Qualifications:
Licensed PT/OT/SLP/PTA or COTA
SNF Experience Required

Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide
Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice

Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department
